xMyOwnMindx Posted September 28, 2007 Report Share Posted September 28, 2007 everyday is a whirlwind of stress a hug borefest followed by piles of stress and everything i say i wanna take back and everything i eat i wanna throw up and everytime i make a mistake i take it all in i blow it off but hold it inside its exploding my soul cant stand this weight cant stand all the hate i feel like im falling backwards down a hole with no end and i cant save myself noone can 'i'd die alone i laughed the loudest' thrye yellind im yelling screaming words of ever regret when all i ask is freedom from this i cant stand the misery i feel for the entire world i want to rip out my heart and never feel again this is too much for one little girl im not ready to grow up and move on i cant ask for help with problems that dont exsist i cant ask for anyones help but mine i control this but im weak breaking under pounds of pressure wanting to curl up and drift away like my mind did years ago i want to rise above this but i dont know how and sometimes i feel like its too late maybe i should just use this hate.. STOP doing the treadmill at night and do it in the morning. When you exercise at night, your body becomes "excited" and your energy level skyrockets. This will create a harder time trying to fall asleep. So... lose the treadmill and any exercise at night. Your body needs to wind-down. And after work, you don't need to exercise... period. This is cool we never really talk. lol thats cuz my life stinks and i never have 4 seconds to myself :[ Oh I'm sorry to hear that. You should get to have your "you time" yea but i never do. my day is like -wake up -school -come home and have 30 mins me time -get ready for work with the rest of the time -work till 8 -fake dinner/something -treadmill -homework -shower -sleep and repeat :[ You should have more than 30 minutes to yourself. yea and all this week i have work till like 10. :[ so.. 10:20 home 10:30 eat something 10:45 treadmill 11:10 shower 11:35 homework ..ish yea, thats kinda terrible :\\ OMG I on;y work 2 hours on tuesdays and thursdays but that's cause of child labor laws I'm only 14. haha well your lucky. id never ever have a 2 hour shift xp Bleh. I hate working. But me needs money. saaaaame how much do you make an hour? / a week? Like $100 a week. I forgot how much an hour and I don't want to do the math.:] You don't have to do any math, just say how many hours you work per week. that involves numbers witch I consider math. Oh.
