Topazia Posted February 19, 2007 Report Share Posted February 19, 2007 watching lives unravel watching deaths grow blatant watching children suffer watching without intent yet all the intent in the world won't stop a child's fear won't keep a child scarfree won't dry a child's tear can't you see they're falling? can't you see their pain? can't you see there's nothing? your watching is in vain waiting for a Godsign waiting for a change waiting for what will never happen waiting for the mange watching skies for futures watching hands for pasts watching Oprah for answers watching all the wrong paths yet only one right answer only one right walk people are afraid to see they always seem to balk I say with pride my choices I see the goofy stares I hear the whispered rumors I know they think I'm not all there I fight the lies of the past I search for the truth of tomorrow I will make a difference I'll never give in to sorrow stop waiting for what won't come stop listening to lies stop blinding yourself of the children stop just standing by it's a growing problem it's not going to stop it's going to touch you someday and then you'll be lost stop waiting for a miracle you know will never come without a few key pushes you could do to make one -battlecry for youth- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
