If you started walking everyday, I guarantee this would help. yea, im like exactly 1.2 miles from school. im just so lazy id rather starve but i suppose im so terrible at that and i could use it. i just ate so much i feel like i could pop. it wasnt exactly a binge. it was just a big bowl of cereal but i feel like im gonna break outta my clothes.' .. i HAVE to do somthing about this. i keep slacking off and messing up it makes my head hurt... :[ i CANNOT gain back anything ive lost. im almost 1/2 way there!
