Honey
I had to make a Poetry Book for school so I decided I would share my poems with ya'll oh and another poem I made about 3 years ago if I can find it..... here are three Haikus The golden filly flew among the prairie grass like a grand eagle. The blossoming trees sway with the slow divine wind and boasts purity The crisp autmn leaves scatter all around the ground like a soft patched quilt ok now two Limericks There once was a cow who said, "Moo!" She always drank the morning dew, until she got mad she turned realy bad and left the poor farm all astrew There once was a goat with a boat he always liked to go afloat one day he got lost and boy did it cost when water got on his new coat ok next I have a pretty long narrative poem but u don't have to read it.... The Silver Stallion While the moon engulfed The river into a million Pieces of broken glass A king stood quietly The stallion, his gray mane Curved and whipped to the overpowering wind. His coat almost mirrored the silver moon. Suddenly without warning rain showered the land, thunder clapped, and lightning had death on its mind. His muscles rippled, and veins throbbed as the stallion reared striking the wind with dazzling strength. He galloped onward. Getting chilled to the bone he fought a fearsome battle with the raindrops, but the lightning chased with no mercy. Finally the lightning over powered him and struck him with a blinding fury. He fell like a shattered vase. Early the next morning the bleak horse herd stood around, looking down on their breathless king. A small bay mare stepped forward, her pink nose nuzzled his mane, her belly bulged with his son. Years later a house stood in that same felid. Some horses grazed outside. The sun shone high. The sweet grass swayed In the gentle breeze. One was pure white, and his blood was the king’s. alright Life Metaphor now Life is a rodeo Sometimes you win, but Sometimes you just get Bucked off. You take risks, and get All roughed up. You proudly take in the Rush of roaring fans, But shiver at the thought Of hearing the crowd gasp In fear. No matter what though You still get up, and Ride it out through Hard times and Winning streaks. I did the I hear incorrectly but still here it is I hear the steady beat of hooves, I hear the howling wolves. I hear the fire crackling, I hear the night birds cackling. I hear the beating of my heart, I hear the horses dart. I hear the horse’s tail swishing, I hear the little children wishing. I hear my legs falling, I hear the horse’s calling. I hear my unable body stalk, I hear the horse’s graceful walk. I hear the horse’s breathing and mine become one, I hear the rising sun. alright there was more but this is already long enough so I hope ya'll like it and aren't totally bored.
