xMyOwnMindx Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 i feel like im going to die!! i was feeling rather low yesterday and today me and my friend were looking at sites. so after she left i had a serg of motivation to go on the tredmill. my frist goal was burn 100 calories. easy. then 200. easy. then 500. kinda hard. but before i got to 500 i was like... wut if i did 1000. thats crazy. so i decided i would. it wasnt till i got to 600 i was like Ouch this hurts!' but i kept running and walking and walking and running and i got to 1000 (999 rather cuz my tredmill doesnt go past that) [i know i didnt eat 1000 calories today.] i'm so proud of myself. maybe its just the endorphins speaking or maybe the exhaustion... in 2.5 hours exactly i ran/walked 7.58 miles and burned 1000 calories. if i wasnt so tired i'd do a dance. i'm beyond beat. my eyes feel like theyre gonna fall out. my shirt was soo nasty sweaty. i had to drag myself up the stairs. then sneek into my parents bathroom to steal the scale. i lost 2 pounds since this afternoon. +clothes +water i drank. so maybe i lost like 4? idk. good. :] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Oh, at it is important to have 6% body fat, or risk losing your ability to regulate body temperature. I really want to gain a few pounds in fat, but I can't seem to keep any weight on. Anyway, when you work out, you will be lighter afterwards, generally. This is acutually because of fluid deficiency. Every kilogram lighter you are, the more fluid deficient you are. 1kg lost is 1L of fluid deficiency. Try to keep it above 2L fluid dificiency. But you may want to just drink a bit less after working out (and go back to normal, say, the next day) if you want to permanently lose weight. When you exert yourself, you lose water, sodium, and some other stuff that I forget what it's called, but it's important for the retention of water in the muscles. If you're just replacing water, and not the other stuff, you're actually diluting your blood, which isn't good, and that thinner blood fails to return strength to your muscles. the electrolytes (the stuffs and the sodium) are vital. Water is important, yes, but without those water-retention aids, you're just flooding your body. Yeah, sports drinks have lots of sugar in them, but those carbs are also part of the electrolytic system, and the sodium is too. You can buy these vats of powdered gatorade, and use that to spike your water, and that will be economical and safer than just flooding your sluices. [a KUDOS award if you know what those are. Don't go overboard, like having three bowls of double fudge ice cream in one sitting (you'll puke it up out of reflex anyway, so what's the use of wasting perfectly good ice cream?), but certainly enjoy a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a slice of razzleberry pie for dessert once in a while. (by the way, that's really good, too. I had some the other night. You can google it and still get the award] k here's a few things;;; 1-water is free 2- sports drinks have calories. why work out and be drinking something that has like 200 calories. then you have to burn off the 200, just to feel like youve done ANYTHING 3-water is good for your skin and theres nothing to work off if you drink just water 4-if i combined the two it might taste weird and i wouldnt know how many calories were in it (im gonna start becoming way stricter about my intake cuz before i was like ahhh whatever as long as its under 1000 and i gained a little.) 5-i do not know that was word is but it might be like a muscley thingy. I saw my friend Sarah deteriorate so quickly because she was basically living off water and half an apple's equivalent per day. We were all so scared she wouldn't make it out of the emergency room... And then the intesive care unit... She asked me the other day how you were doing, Lauren. I couldn't answer because I'd been so busy... 4 do you want to enjoy being skinny or do you want to die trying? Look, a girl your height needs to be above a certain weight, and less than 100 is down right dangerous to strive for. Less than 120 is dangerous to strive for, unless your bones are as nonexistent in density as mine are. I have tiny, thin, relatively weak bones. I have to drink milk or risk injury at swim practice. I want to gain weight. I can imagine if you're way overweight wanting to lose, but at where you are now, you don't need to worry about your body. Stay healthy. Don't become malnourished, or you'll look like Karen Carpenter. She weighed 40-something when she collapsed onstage, and she was so malnourished... I won't forget the pictures of what she looked like... so sickly and all those ribs... 5 archaic -- old-speak 1- not many 2- wut does that have to do with it? dont be bitter jsut cuz your skinny. you have no idea how lucky you are. you think its SOOOOO BADD cuz you bruise easily and people think your ana and you cant donate blood. thats ALOT worse then wishing to cut off the fat on your body. agonizing over how disgustingly flabby and disgusting you are. every pound i am i feel more worthless. looking at my body naked makes me want to die. and your pitying yourself cuz you cant give blood. 3- ive been binging like a 400 pounds woman that never leaves her bed. im doing horribley. ive gained 4 pounds and its revolting. im starting a challenge and im trying to drop like 21ish pounds by halloween. im gonna do cuz everyone supports me. my mom brags to people about how hard i try and when lucy is happy for me, im happier. rob is so happy too. everything is going to get better. this is the only thing i feel like i can be positive about cuz i know with the right about of control and logical thinking, i can EASILY get thinner. its all a matter of how bad i want this. school makes it easier too. cuz i dont have the option to eat like.. all day. and i have lunch with lucy, so i get a propel and spit it slowly and discuss the exercise i plan on doing lately. im sorry i got so pissy in number 2. im not deleting wut i said however. anyway, tell your friend everything is gonna be better soon :] 4- i will enjoy my skinniness every single second, even if i am dying, which i will not me. rob thinks i should be 115, so thats my frist big goal, i will see how i am doing/eating/feeling/controlling myself from then on. and then ill make the decision to go on from there or not. right now, its very hard to see myself under 120, so i have difficult times setting goals but i know i want this bad. so im just gonna try and try and try and if i end up 115,alright, thats OK for now. and if i end up like 105, awesome, then i will make a further decision. but for all i know right now, as long as there is an ihop and someones birthday to hold me back, ill be perfectly fine (to you.) 5- oh. Don't focus on the pounds you didn't lose. i'm gonna reach it. ive been doing really good... the last 4 days. hmmm in the last 4 days ive stayed under 650 cals and lost 4 pounds. and ive been rrealllly lazy too. ha. and ive barely slept either, but thats not cuz i CANT i just dont have enough time. im going to sleep early tonight however. i know im gonna reach it becuz lucy is shooting for 11/15 pounds by then too and she helps alot today was good. 500 cals. including the pizza i plan on having at sarah's. yea, im gonna eat it. im bad. hehe maybe ill work out a little tonight. i wore a new pair of jeans and my thighs are like exploding but im thinner then jamie and that makes me smile i feel pretty positive at the moment im loosing again im doing all my homework i have very little stress im not even that hungry i never really get that hungry well, thats cuz i eat when i am im not starving myself and most of the time im hungry when i CANT eat which is blissful i love it i know im talking alot but im in a good mood so the 12th was my 2 month anniversary :] it was nice even though we had like an average day i got to see rob two days in a row so it was sweet thats the reason i get like no sleep... i get home by 11, kiss him goodbye till like 11:30ish ha shower.. till like 12. then i sit online and dry. ha so ive been going to sleep at like 1/1:30 and i wake up at 5:30. its hard and i fall asleep in math alot but geometry is easier then algebra so wutever im not falling behind ive been falling asleep in video and film too its BORING surprising but its not important so wutever, im not falling behind anywayy um so im out of thoughts uh.. yea, about those 11 pounds, in 43 days.. EASY. if i tried hard enough i could loose like 30. ( .70 of a pound a day) but im too lazy to even try that and i make small goals so i dont set myself on fire if i dont reach them. ha i know im gonna do it. i would LOVE to wake up 127 tomorrow... i dont even REMEMBER weighing that little. which is gross ha. i cantttttt wait to be like 115. then ill be less then mona.. and thats CRAZY. but were all loosing. so she'll probably be like 103 by then. ha even tonya (whos like.. 165?) is loosing weight im so excited were all gonna be BEAUTIFUL by summer. :]]]]] new thought bubble: i wish i could shrink my bone structure like not for NOW, but later i wanna be like 100 without looking sick.. im like.. just a BIG person.. im not that tall but like.. my hips are like very far apart... even without fat on them, theyre WIDE. it stinks. thats the only thing im concerned about cuz i have MUCH MUCH arm and leg fat so i cant even picture them boney but my stomach i can suck it in and i can count 5 visable ribs when i do. i dont want to look skeletal, cuz people will flip out. i almost said frlip. hahaha. anyway, idk. i wanna be to the point where theres no ripppples of fat dave was poking my arm yesterday and he was like "its ripples!" and i wanted to die but hes seriously obese (and ugly so idc wut he says) but still, i didnt need a reminder.. i have a reflection to call me fattie. one day ill be tiny and beautiful and when i am i will dance around in joy. one day. <3 thanks for reading.. my entire life as of right now. Good luck today. lol ewww. i never eat more then 200 cals for breakfast. seeing as today is saturday and i have some plans im probably gonna gain today i actually gained a pound last night i know it's easy to expect results on a daily basis, but really, losing weight takes time, and weighing in every day can be dissapointing and frustrating. i only weigh in about 1 to 2 times a week. it's much nicer that way, then you can see more of a change each time. my mom, actually only weighs herself in once a month.
