Well, if you can jog 2 miles, do that. Do another if you are comfortable with it. I don't really know exactly how well/long you can jog. But try to keep it semi-light because you have been staying off of it for a while. For you, I will get up and do this. I'm glad that I am such a positive influence. =] Just remeber, while you are out, don't be afraid to go to a brisk walk if you are tired. No excuses for me. I can definitely do 2 miles. Okay. Just don't puch yourself too hard. And in the food department, don't take to making yourself throw up or starving yourself. No need to worry, I won't puch myself too hard. I am lazy. As far as food is concerned, throwing up is something I could never do and starving myself is totally out of the question. My love for food is way too great. There are only a couple of things on my do not eat list... OLIVES of all kinds, mushy over cooked peppers and tofu foods, such as tofu hot dogs. I'm with you there. >.< On all counts. But I also hate cooked spinache. Cooked spinach I like. I'll take the spinach if you will take my brussel sprouts. LOL Well, it depends on how it is cooked. Shredded, I like it in a cup with some malt vinegar. >.> BUt I hate it creamed, or in soup. I dunno why.

Might be a great meal conversation food. LOL Â The dialogue might go like this: (Seated around the table are the father, mother and two kids.) Son: Hey lookie here... I have six of these floaters. Daughter: I got ripped off, I only have five. Mother: Here you go, take one of mine. (Throws one of her brussel sprouts into her daughter's soup bowl.) Now you both are equal. Father: Hey, what's this, one of my brussel spouts seems to be sinking. (Looks at his wife.) What did you do to my soup? Son: These look like buoys, do I really have to eat them? Father: Yes, they are good for you. Mother: Would you like me to color half of them green and the other half red? This way you can set up channel markers in your soup bowl. .....etc..... Horatio
So. You never answered my question.Should I get off the computer for an hour now or go jogging in the morning? I would go jogging in the morning- exercise at night can lead to bad sleep. Exactly what I was thinking. LOL Great idea. I won't be so forgiving, tommorow, mind. >O  Ohhhhh? Should I eat my last fattening meal tonight? LOL Not your last, per se... It is okay to indulge yourself every once in a while. So maybe I should head for the grocery store, before it closes and get a pint of vanilla bean ice cream???

The banana trees do not take up too much room, they pack together. The orange trees are only a couple and they do not take up any room as they are not really large. Cheesus
Today the wind was out of the west, so I got a picture of a ray that was wandering around just along my river shoreline. What do you think of him?   Really cool, horatio. ^.^ At first, I thought all those leaves were fish. xD Glad you like it. Today there were some dolphins, but I was not good enough to catch them with the camera. All of a sudden you see the fin, then you don't. If the water is clear, and they are close to shore, then I will be able to get a good pic for you. You have a cool house. ;.; Nice back yard full of citrus and nanners, a pool, a good view of space shuttle departures, and dolphins and rays... lucky... For solitary hamsters it is a great place to live. For social butterflies... very, very boring.  Very, very boring... until you throw a wicked party. xD And hamsters are known to party all night long!!!  And dey is OFF da HOOK! xD LOL!!! A sleeping hammie's dream:  Party Party Party Party Party Party Party  If you want a party, just put out a bunch of fliers in the neighborhood, or put an ad in the local newspaper or something. xD
