EmilyE Posted January 8, 2005 Report Share Posted January 8, 2005 a lot of really interresting and emotional things have been going on in my life atm.... here's 2 for now.... 1) my fiancee and I have finally set our wedding date .... 2) I just had a very long, very deep convo with my ex boyfriend (we are still good friends)..... I just cried harder then I've cried in a very long time..... This is the last half of our convo, the first was just chit chat- Him: near the end i could see you were getting aggitated Me: eh, it wasn't u Him: i wasnt helping Him: im sorry. Me: don't be Him: i cant help but be Him: im really jealous of you and brandon, you know... Him: i cant help it Him: im happy for you, please know i am Him: but...im jealous of the fact that he could give that to you, that he succeeded where i couldnt, and that he got a wonderful girl like you...that i let slip thru my fingers because i was too stupid. Him: and i WAS too stupid, because i was still pining, pining, pining. Me: hun ur not stupid. Him: i must be, if i let someone like you slip thru my fingers. Me: hun, I was the stupid one. hoping for something that I knew would never happen. If I wasn't right for u then I wasn't, that's not ur fault, that doesn't make u stupid Him: hun...you werent stupid. you were the one who cared enough to try. you knew about my past, you know how i felt...you tried anyway. you cared enough about me, you LOVED me enough to try...thats not stupid.
