Mega Wolf
Mkay, so, my friend is trying to get me to do a foreign exchange my junior year to Japan. And I'm like... well. I want to go to Japan. But on the other hand, I have my high school planned out. And then she also mentioned going to Europe for after-graduation foreign exchange. So. I'm at least going to Europe. And then since we're best friends, and it's going to stay that way for a long time, we're proably going to end up travelling the world and just hope we don't get attached to some random guys along the way. XD Um. And I'm not sure how wel the foreign exchange thing will fly with my parents.

Horatio
Flying is amazingly fun, I can tell you that much. Now, imagine having a career where you have fun when you go to work. I think I'll learn to fly and then consider if it's a good career for me. When do you think I could start learning? =O What I suggest is to take what is called "an introductory flight". This is where you go up with an instructor and see if you actually like being at the controls. As for when to begin, you can take lessons at any age, but I suggest starting when you are able to solo, which is age 16. Solo is when you kick the instructor out of the airplane and take it by yourself. The private pilot license requires a minimum of 35 to 40 hours, depending on what type of flight school you attend, and you can solo very soon after starting your lessons. If you like flying, there are lots of universities and colleges that offer an aviation degree and many in your state.

Leguan
I didn't travel a lot yet. Unfortunately, I never left europe yet because it would be too expensive. I'm a poor student. I have been in France (Capendu, Carcassonne), Spain (Madrid, Marbella), England (Norfolk broads), Italy (Ancona), Belgium, Austria, The Netherlands, Denmark, Czech republic (Prague) and of course since i'm living there in lots of places in Germany. I would really like to see Brazil (Amazonas area), but also many other places al over the world. I tried to attach a picture from my last weekend holidays with 20 other people from all over germany- members of the german CB500 board. It's taken in August near Schotten, a small city just in the center of germany. You can see the lot of a biker cafe at the Schottenring, an old racetrack which is now a road. Behind the photograph theres a kind of tribune where you can sit. From there you have a perfect sight on the Applauskurve (applause curve). Most of the bikes standing there belong to one of the three groups we made. In the left you can see my little Honda and me, looking away. Horatio, I hope this picture is okay for the boards. They would also like this one I guess: It's showing some of the members of the CB500 board at the departure from the meeting. Some decided to visit the Wasserkuppe, a little mountain before riding home. On this picture there is no other bike than Honda CB 500. I'm again at the left of the picture. And another one. It shows some of us in our dorm watching the weather forecast. It said rain... On the third picture you can see me (left again) and my brother at a gas station on the tour we made. The weather forecast was right, so we are wearing rain clothes. I hoped it worked with three pictures. Ok, now you know the person behind the nick "Leguan". Enough for you to purchase two VW buses with chaffeurs, plus spending money for everyone. There is a fund for hospital visits, should anyone need this. Horatio
Pictures... I need pictures to accompany my travels. As for Narnia... not yet, but I have seen it as I kayaked down the Winding Arrow river. And for other news... I like C. S. Lewis.
Horatio
I was thinking just after we landed in Memphis, how strange it seems to take off from Shanghai, China and land in Memphis just half a day later in Memphis, Tennessee. While most people are sleeping, we have just traveled from one side of the world to another. Air travel has achieved some incredible strides.
