I wish mine were that small." And a lot of Guys say they like me because i'm not obsessed with my chest. When I found out JackRabbit liked me, I asked him why he liked me, and he said all this stuff, and at the end of his speech he said, "...and she doesn't care that her boobs are small." We're not saying (or thinking) that your brother has had sex, since we don't know him. The only way your brother wouldn't have wanted or thought about having sex with a female was if he liked males. (And, I'm not saying he does, so don't take that the wrong way.) Your brother can't be perfect to the point where he doesn't lust after something or someone. It's just male-nature.
