Katie(cow) is good. we(me & my parents) went to her house somtime in mid-january. we havnt been to a show together in months. it kinda stinks. Sorry to hear that you have not seen many shows lately. Perhaps in the summer. I was wondering... are you more depressed in the fall and winter? Does your depression sort of go away in the spring and summer? Think about this before you answer. I am asking this question very seriously. mmm i mostly only go to warped tour in the summer. i think im more depressed in the fall and winter, not because i have s.a.d., but because i cant get out as easily. mostly last year is when i got used to find my own way for things. i started walking everywhere. even if it took me hours. and i would just leave the house for hours and be outside and do stuff. alone or with other people it dosnt matter. but in the winter u have to be inside. less freedom. and i cant walk anywhere. it stinks. its restricting and i hate that. alot. those are the only reasons why i would be more depressed in the winter. that and the fact that summer i have no school. i hate school more than anything. its dreadful. but besides for that im depressed mostly all the time. i overthink. i hate equal hate for myself. dont care about stuff just the same and hurt myself just the same. my friend megan gets really depressed in the winter time. i dont understand her. but theres alot i dont get about her... it was the way shes raised. ANYWAY, my mom is trying to invent new ways of "curing" my depression since ive been showing it more lastley since i dont really care. i was upset today and talking about my ipod and she was like "if i replaced yours would that get you out of this?" shes so stupid. but i guess shes only trying to help, although ill never tell her that. The seasonal depression has quite a bit to do with light. Would you consider working out every day? See if there is a YMCA nearby, you could go there everyday and get in the pool or something like that.
