  1. *gnaws your shoulder* I like that song. Wheeeee for MSI. Arc Arensal - At the Drive-In ♥ Lee *looks at bloody shoulder-stump* oww. ;.; I Sowwy! *tries to lick it better* Yay for fantastic songs!!! **** a dog - Blink 182 Amusing song to sing out loud in the playground. We did that last night and I think we scared a few parents off ♥ Lee I don't think that licking the now-infected stump is gonna do much. =O Sounds like fun, btw. xD Besides, the taste of the puss-infected, oozy, scabby stump might leave a little to be desired. Something such as the lack of taste buds? Dogs have taste buds and they love to lick puss-infected, oozy, scabby stumps. Protein? They must have a different way of tasting or wha'ever. And I gotta go, horatio. Time fo sleepz. Great minds think alike. Exactly what was on my mind. Good night, sleep tight!!! But its FRIDAY! o: ... aaaannnd... I get to get up tomorrow earlier than 11. D= like 8. Terrible. XD I get up at 04H00, but today I slept in... 05H00 was when I woke up. I had to wake at 7, and sell christmas trees for my scout troop at 9:00, when it was about 19 degrees, but it slowly "warmed" up to 25 by 12 when my shift was over. You are very dedicated. I think I would have frozen to death. They would have had to scrape me off the ice. Well, I was inside the car. No heater on though. And I was wearing a big puffy down coat and a spikey hat. xD It probably would have helped if you had pants and shoes on. You might have been a little warmer that way. Oh, i had on snowpants and boots. And yes, Horation, I was wearing underweay. I would hope so! Otherwise you might have had chapped cheeks.
  2. Please do. No need to ask. I think the third picture is the best. The last picture is when the shuttle was about 150 miles east of Florida and around 50 miles up, traveling around 6000 mph. It is over 17,000 mph when it reaches it's top speed. The cool thing is that we have the NASA channel down here and you go outside, watch the launch, then go inside and see it from about ten or twenty different camera angles. Very cool. They also show the camera located on the outside of the shuttle and you can see the main engine shutting down and the separation of the fuel cells. Oh, the pictures where the tree came into view is where I didn't quite have my finger over the flash.

  4. Here are pictures of the launch. Of course, the blonde brain cells took over and I forgot to put the telephoto lens to close up, so all you are really going to see are dots.

    My place. :)

How exciting!!! Ian sounds like such a considerate person. Glad to hear your finals are over. What a relief... especially before Christmas. Have fun in the city! I love walking down Fifth Avenue and looking at the displays in the store windows. Paris has some wonderful displays as do many cities in Germany. You will enjoy the show at Radio City Music Hall. If you have not been before, I guarantee you will have a fantastic time. Wish I was there with you!!! No, classes are over, finals are not. I still have finals. Yes, Ian never ceases to amaze me. Sometimes this is in a good way, and sometimes it's in a "You're a total idiot" way. Guilty of reading what I wanted to read, not what you wrote. Good luck on finals. Please let me know what Ian's surprise was if that's okay. Also tell me how you enjoyed Radio City Music Hall.

  7. I will have to ask HampsterKing on this one. What type books to you read? Do you like biography, non-fiction and current affairs type books? I like fiction/fatasy/some sci-fi, exspelly any furry stories (half animal, half human, ie: catgirl). Latley I've been reading a lot of Manga, Japaneesee version of comics Have you read the story that Arkcher is writing? Look in the Stories forum for his Werewolf story. I shall look. I should post my story I started last year. I pupblished online part one which I think was about 15 pages. I was working on part 2, but I had a bit of writers block and stoped wrinting, and kinda missplaced my rough draft. *sends Campsoup to get his 15 page story and post it* Please do. We would love to read it.
  8. Okay. We are trying this again and it looks like it will really launch this time. Sooooooooooooo, everyone wish me luck. I have no idea how this little camera will do taking pictures at night so I can only hope for the best. Perhaps I will have something to show you later. About 24 minutes to go if everything goes well. Update... 17 minutes. I will walk out at 5 minutes. TBFOF... where are you? I need photography lessons. Coolpix camera, looking out over a dark river, no moonlight to speak of, facing a relatively dark island waiting for the launch. Which one of those little pictures should I select. The one that focuses, the one for action, the landscape?????? I am going to cover the flash with my finger and hope for the best. Once I get there, it happens so fast that I have no time to look back at the camera and try to fix whatever it is I need to change.

Glad you like them. This is the best avatar yet. *lights a fire under HampsterKing's chair* I must get him to add this one! *is entertained by the clever use of the word "chair" * Spiffy avatar, Jesse! ROFOCLH!!!!! I was wondering if anyone would catch that. You just started my day off with a laugh! When you're in college and know all of the uncensored versions, you catch these things. Oh, and ptmyrofoclh I will only do this once or else everyone will come after me... ptmyptmmrofoclh.

Wait...I thought finals were still left to be taken...? Well if they are, good luck on your finals! College finals sound scary, but I guess it seems different once you've actually taken a course at college Otherwise, I'm glad you got through them already. Okay... so I don't really read too well.
  11. You expect me to be current? Sorry that I'm always poking fun at him, but compared to HK you ARE current. For a 99 year old guy, HampsterKing is doing pretty well, don't you think? LOL
  12. Come on down!!! Your room is waiting for you!!! Bring your camera and hopefully there will be another launch. Stop into my topic in HampsterDance Talk and look for a picture of the shuttle launch tonight!!!

  16. Try it and see. Do not respond, do not say anything. It takes enormous restraint. If your parents are yelling at you and you do not respond, it makes them more frustrated because now they have no one to fight with. It is extremely hard to do. Just make the decision not to say a word and then don't. Don't pay attention to the words they are saying and don't allow them to drag you into the fight. Just make sure you concentrate on saying nothing. When they ask you if you have anything to say, do not answer. This is more effective than saying no. Do not utter one word. Then let me know. This is far better than screaming, yelling, hitting. Words can be very painful and hurt someone. Words uttered in the middle of a fight, are most often said without thought, just emotion and getting back at the person who is attacking you. When this occurs, sometimes things are said, not because you mean what you say, but because you just want to hurt the other person enough to leave you alone. There is always regret attached to these uttered words. Once out, you can never take them back. This is when life changes. im bad at that. but i try. im getting better. Glad to hear that you are at least trying. LifesEagle is back. She has her own topic in Hampton. It is pinned so look at the very top of the list. You might find her topic interesting. i read it but i dont know wut its about i didnt read alot maybe i will later. I believe you both have been in the same place.
