  1. We were being overrun by spammers and HampsterKing now approves everyone to make sure they are not a spammer. It will just take a bit of time. I do apologize for the delay.
  2. Great!!! We will be waiting for your return.
  3. Killing us won't change much in terms of activity. Anyways I'm making a topic thingo =O LOL!!! I wasn't trying to kill you, just get your attention. LOL!!!
  4. Glowurm and Campsoup need to be more active. *sends a rocket to Australia and Florida to get their attention*
  5. If you tell me what you are aiming to accomplish, then I can help you. I have a friend who is a personal trainer. Consider the following, do you want to lose weight, gain muscle strength, muscle mass, run a marathon, cycle in a race, etc.. When you decide what your goals are, then we can design a plan. There are also lots of fitness programs out there. I will tell you where to look for even better information. For example, Monday, Wednesday and Friday you will do strength training. Each day will focus on a different group/area of muscles. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday you will do aerobic type training. This is where you pick a treadmill, cycle, etc. for your aerobic conditioning. Perhaps Cheesemaster and Dr. Wolf have better ideas that are more applicable to what you desire.
  6. Really cool, horatio. ^.^ At first, I thought all those leaves were fish. xD Glad you like it. Today there were some dolphins, but I was not good enough to catch them with the camera. All of a sudden you see the fin, then you don't. If the water is clear, and they are close to shore, then I will be able to get a good pic for you. You have a cool house. ;.; Nice back yard full of citrus and nanners, a pool, a good view of space shuttle departures, and dolphins and rays... lucky... For solitary hamsters it is a great place to live. For social butterflies... very, very boring. Very, very boring... until you throw a wicked party. xD And hamsters are known to party all night long!!! And dey is OFF da HOOK! xD LOL!!! A sleeping hammie's dream: Party Party Party Party Party Party Party If you want a party, just put out a bunch of fliers in the neighborhood, or put an ad in the local newspaper or something. xD And get what... riff-raff??? LOL Well, that could be a problem. xD I did my bike ride this evening. 11.5 miles... very, very slow. I was supposed to do 15, but it was getting dark and I decided to go back to my cage instead. I did my two miles on the treadmill. I did the second at 4.3, and the last quarter mile at 5. =D You did really great!!!!!!!!!!
  7. pff. Candy roses for a dollar? Laaaame. There hardly worth it, anyway. Instead of a peice of chocolate molded into a rose shape it's two hershy kisses stacked and covered in coloured foil. xD I remeber back in middle school we had candy trains. xD I must have lead a very sheltered hammie life. No candy trains, singing valentines, chocolate or roses... just plain old paper valentines. Poor horatio. =O *sends all kinds of various valentines things to Horatio* *is very, very excited* Thank you soooooooooo much! *gives Cheesemaster a surprise valentine to be delivered on Wednesday*

    Jesse's topic

Please end up doing what works best for you. Remember, if you audition and receive a scholarship, then somewhere into the season, quit, you need to know how much of the money you are responsible to return and repay. This is a good question to know up front. Glad you talked with your parents. Hopefully your father did not get too upset. No, he did not get upset, he kind of understood where I was coming from. A lot of my feelings about getting sucked into marching band etc. were really preconceived notions, which I shouldn't use as the basis of making decisions. Also he said that a student loan is too risky because it accumulates interest over time, and you have to use something as collateral which in this case would be our house. Kind of scary. When it comes down to it, I'm content with earning myself 200-300 bucks a month for being in marching band (if I get that much money) without getting mixed up in something else to get the money. I thought that there were some loans that the student could apply for, that required no collateral. You would be obligated to repay the loan once you graduated. I appreciate you letting me know about the fact that the need collateral. I didn't know that. Unless you're a super genius (or not white, or both) and get a full ride scholarship, there will always be loans involved, and yes, they accumulate interest. You'll probably be paying them off until you're 40. It's no fun but that's the way it is. If you can find a loan that does not accumulate interest, then you will have lots of borrowers. It was my understanding that some of the school loans had a lower interest rate and you did not have to begin paying until you graduated or stopped attending school. And actually, there are lots and lots of grants and loans that most schools will never tell you about. There is a way to get the school to disclose all available monies, but unless pressured, they never like to part with it. The longer the money stays in their account, the more interest it accrues. Eventually they are loaning just the accrued interest.

  13. Those are blueberry danishes. A wonderful flaky pastry complete with blueberry filling and wonderful icing all over the top. Whatever, same difference. >. But still, just running isn't enough. We are in this together, Horatio. I've stuck to my running, be it only the third day, but have you? I'm also trying to eat healthier, why don't you? Not the same at all, danishes are so superior to blueberry muffuns. Icing is the key!!! As for jogging, yes, I am going out and doing two miles. Very slow, but I am doing it. Do you think your parents would loan you out for a couple of months? You could be my coach. Unfortunately, I can't come down for a few weeks. That whole school thing gets in the way. xD However, I am trying to coach you as best as I can via the board. xD But, how long does your two miles take you? Long..... about 15 minutes per mile. As far as school is concerned... hamster school is the best. You can attend that one. LOL 4 miles an hour, that is what I do. xD I'm gonna try to go up by .2 every week, starting sunday. And don't forget to do crunches, push-ups, and stretches. And moderate your diet. Basically what I am doing. We are in this together, Horatio. ^.^ 0.2 per week???????? *falls over with heart failure* Wait... crunches AND push-ups? Have you looked at a hamster body recently? I am already close to the ground. LOL Seriously, today I think I am going to ride the bike. From my cage to the north end of the street is 11.5 miles. Not fast, but steady and not in the sight-seeing mode. 23 miles, horatio? Wow. >. And yes, crunches AND push ups. However, I might find myself relaxing on the increase in distance for running. >. Noooooooo. I apologize. I will only bike 11.5 miles. 23 will not happen for a while. I should have said the round-trip to the north end of my street is 11.5. okay, big difference. XD But don't forget to stretch both before AND after your ride. Stretch for a bicycle ride???????? Who do you think I ride like... Lance Hamstrong????

  19. I am sorry you are in such pain and dislike yourself so very much.
  20. Today the wind was out of the west, so I got a picture of a ray that was wandering around just along my river shoreline. What do you think of him?

    So, yeah...

The power of HampsterDance!!! Glad you have caught up with the us in 2007! Ear plugs are wonderful. How do humans think hamsters sleep through all the noise they make? Wonderful, beautiful ear plugs!!!!! They are even great when your parents are yelling at you. I use my iPod for that. xD And your parents don't say anything about the ear pieces?????
