Oh my goodness!!! Our prayers are with both your and your family and Marius and his family. Too much bad news all around. Hopefully everyone will get better and get out of the hospital. Yeah, it's pretty crazy. I had to tell my sister about it too (because mom's still with grandma, and didn't want to talk too loud about it over the phone because it would upset her), and like everything, I think she took it kinda rough. But her boyfriend should be visiting her tomorrow which will be good. It will be good for your sister's boyfriend to be with her. This is such a tough time for your family.
  2. Forget the teddy bears and balloons. In my humble opinion, you are a terrific person with a great personality and fantastic sense of humour. The guys in your age group, have not grown-up enough to appreciate the person you are. Mushroom_king, please try and not think about the over-indulgences on this day. ooook. But it kinda hurts when the ugliest kid in school (Beardo) has a girlfriend. Please do not let it hurt your feelings. There is a love interest for everyone. Some people do not find the right person until they are out of college, some people need to try out a dozen varieties before they find someone. Please, if I could have you believe one thing, that is love yourself first. The right guy will be there. It is only that he is just not there at the moment. I already love myself, and I'm tired of people teasing me for never having a date, and I'm tired of people saying I like Arkcher and Cheesemaster. Read Cheesemaster's post. Then ignore those people who tease you. It seems like you haven't been a position where you get teased? You can't ignore people in the real world like I can on the internet. And Cheesemaster gets stuff from his friends. I don't get anything. I don't even get told "Happy Valentine's Day". Oh, quite the contrary. In fact, teasing, nasty remarks on such a large scale, you would not even be able to imagine. This is when I dig deep inside and try as hard as I possibly can to ignore these shallow people. I have a couple really wonderful friends, but I cannot cry on their shoulders all the time, so I search within and look other places. For example, all of the people here make my heart smile. Sometimes I didn't think I could ignore some of the comments. But coming here and finding truly wonderful, nice, caring people gave me inner strength. What I see are the small, petty, shallow people are the first ones to spread nasty rumours as if this makes them feel like a bigger person.

  5. I think you have too much Mountain Dew.
  6. Look at the number of views, 191, and you will find lots of people do. The boards have been really slow. Not everyone replies. If you would please stop by my friend's topic in Warm Wishes. His name is Nutzky and he is in Iraq. It would mean a lot to him if perhaps you would write him a poem, draw a picture or just send him a post. Thanks for stopping in his topic. CANDY????? What are you doing eating candy??????? Got any dark chocolate? lol *shares candy* Thanks! You are most welcome. The Fresh Market, which is a really fabulous market-type store had valentine-type candy corn. It was red at the top, pink in the middle and white at the bottom. The also had malted milk balls in the same colours. Someone told me that the candy corn, had a little bit of cinnamon in it. Glad I didn't try the candy corn or I probably would have been on a sugar high for a year. They also make 'bat corn' at Halloween, which is black and orange and has a bit of a licorice taste. Not overwhelming, but just slight hint, which makes it wonderful. They also had another version of bat corn, which was brown and orange with a hint of chocolate taste. Ooh, that sounds really good! Oooohhhhh! It is!!! That is why I don't even try it when they put it out.

    Jesse's topic

I see you have returned from dinner. How was it? Did you bring me a hammie bag?
  13. Okay... I have a dilemma. I want another couple, three motorcycles. At a minimum, my black bike and one on/off road bike in Florida and another bike in Memphis. Here is the bike I was looking at... Sooooo, what do you think? Perhaps I should change my poll.

  19. Your first priority is to get yourself well. Your father does not need to add your sickness to his recovery. So, please take care of yourself and get well really soon. Posting can come later. We can wait.

Yeah for free t-shirts!!!!!!! Glad your generic love day was a good one.
  22. First, I would not throw things out that someone else can use. Keep in mind that families who suffer from domestic violence can and will use absolutely everything. So, if you were redoing your bathroom and didn't like the purple shower curtain and matching rug and towels, they would love them. Various groups collect all items to set people up in a residence when they leave their homes. So, everything you have can be reused, with you feeling good about the fact that you helped someone. People will not feel bad about you giving away a gift, as once they give it to you, it is yours to do what you want with it. but idk where to give those things away so i just put them in the comp room and my crazy packrat mother keeps it all.. idk Here are the places I recommend to give these things away: .....Salvation Army Domestic Violence Centre .....Exchange Club .....Any donation place in your town, just call and ask if they have a special donation section for domestic violence. You do not need to put these things in another room when you can make a difference in someone else's life by helping them with the items you no longer want or need. well i just dont want them in my room before i bring them to other places. i wanna get rid of like 1/2 my stuff but i cant :[ You can't get rid of it because? im a packrat idk wut do you suggest i throw out (just anything general) i cleaned out my closet and threw out like 100 old mags got rid of old socks its not enough HELP Being a packrat is tough. Starting by throwing out old magazines is a start. If you had old socks that were still in good shape, without holes, then these could have been thrown into a plastic bag and donated. They have bins all over the place to collect clothes. Next I would go through your clothes and anything you have not worn in two years, place into a plastic bag and put in the other room you were talking about. This way, they are not gone, but they are gone from your sight. lol i gave my mom most of the socks. i have alot of clothes but at least they have a place. its everything else that doesnt and idk wut to do.. Are you talking about books, shelf-stuff, games, etc.? Do you have shelves in your room? For stuff that needs a container, I use baskets. Square baskets look great on shelves, yet you can put in all kinds of things like pencils, pens, erasers, markers, etc. Then I have another basket that contains rulers, scissors, scotch, masking tape and glue type items. There are four of these and they line up on my shelf. I use them for all kinds of stuff that has no other place I can put them. In your closet, if you don't have a place for your shoes and you have lots, then ask your mother for one of those shoe bags to hang up. They have several types. One that will hang on the rod in your closet, one for the wall and one to hang on the door. The door one is my least favorite because when you open and close the door, if the shoes are not properly placed in the holders, they fall out. Want more ideas?
