They sent us home from school early because of the heat. ~Liz Wow. On the news tonight they were saying extreme heat warnings and early dismissals around here too. o.o Tomorrow Phil is hopefully going to come over, and there will be swimming, because it's supposed to be 91 degrees tomorrow. You northern guys are such wimps... we have mid-to-high ninety temperatures all summer long. Yeah, but you guys all have air conditioning in your schools. Not all the northern schools have it. It's also really humid. Otherwise the temperature wouldn't be so bad. Yeah, our school only has AC in the gym and auditorium. So the classrooms are kind of brutal. They let us out at 11 again today, and let us dress down (we usually wear uniforms) but tomorrow it's back to normal. At least Friday is our last day! Then just four Regents and two finals... ~Liz Good luck on your tests. I am certain you will do very, very well!!!

That's not good. Drink lots of water! It's supposed to be like this for awhile too. Not hot enough for me. The problem isn't really even the temperature, the big problem is that it's also really humid, and that makes it gross. Add to this the fact that there's no AC in this house. Tomorrow I'm going to church, the grocery store, and friendly's (to drop off my application), and all those places have AC. LOL F-R-I-E-N-D-L-Y-S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is a Denny's not far from where I am. That might be my next move if I don't get a job at friendly's. If Denny's is anything like it was, you have to go through a three interview process. So, you might want to start the process early, just in case. Really? That's kind of surprising. I'm going to see what happens with Friendly's first. They seem pretty desperate, so I think there's a good chance I'll get the job. My paws are crossed for you. Good luck.

Clinton as V.P. would be disastrous. Hopefully Obama will not even consider her. There are a number of good candidates for Obama to select from. Now is the time for me to start researching each candidate and what they stand for.
