What a nice holiday. Welcome back.

The great news was that you go to spend some time with Phil. Have a great weekend, with pleasant thoughts dancing around in your head. As for next semester... that's not here yet. LOL

While you are young, you need to do what interests you and put the relationship last. If he doesn't want to be there after you follow your dream, then you are much better off knowing early in life. If you put him first and do not follow your dream, you will always be thinking 'what if'. You are not being selfish to pursue the drum corps and anything else you find you might want to do. This will open doors for you, expose you to new and exciting opportunities and give you options you would not have had otherwise. So, while you are young, not married, with no children, you need to follow your dreams. You will be tied down soon enough.

How about putting a screen over it, to allow the rain water in and keep out the critters? Please go back and see if it is still there. Perhaps it is still alive and you can let it go. Please go back out and check. I first saw it like, 4 hours ago... And then I checked back before I posted that last post, and it was still in a standing position.... Could it have really stayed alive that long? I don't know... if it was trying to save it's life. I would still dump out the bucket and if it was deceased, get a shovel and bury it and if it was still alive, give it time to get away. Having no idea how long it could stand, I would have dumped the bucket the first time I saw it. I did, and I was left with a dead chipmunk. :closedeyes: My stepdad burried it. It looked dead the first time I saw it and I was freaking out, so I didn't even think to dump it out. AND I KILLED ANOTHER ONE 10 MINUTES AGO! I accidentally hit one driving home from dinner. Yes, it is spelled Prague. Praha in Czech. It is the capital of the Czech republic which is in the European Union since 2004. Located to the east of Germany. I've been there for the graduation trip in the 13th grade. The only museum we were visiting was the Theresienstadt concentration camp. And an old brewery. So we had a lot of free time. Prague is a fantastic city. So clean. I really liked it. You can buy very cheap stuff on the Asia market. Also beer is very cheap. In the disco it was nearly as cheap as here in the supermarket. A funny thing was that on the return journey, the bus broke down close to the border in the middle of the biggest street prostitution area in Europe. What a location to have the bus go kaput.

Awwww...I'm sorry. I had a similar situation so i know how you feel. My VW bus got into a wreck, it would take a ton of repairs to be able to use it...I was looking forward to driving it. Thanks. I am so sad as I had put lots and lots of money in it to restore it and had this should not have happened. The engine was newly rebuilt and had all new components, hoses, wires, etc..

Today started off on a very bad note... my poor little Bug had an engine fire. *cry, cry, cry* Usually I have a fire extinguisher, but for some reason, I forgot to put it back in my car when I cleaned it. So, now I am really, really sad. My poor little car has gone through all kinds of repairs, renovations and restorations and was looking fantastic when this happened. I took a picture, but am not too sure how it will come out. It was 05H30 and still dark out. I'm going off to cry.

Are you going there for vacation? Berlin is a nice city. I've been there only once at a school trip in the 10th grade. We had to visit one museum after the other. And there are lots of them... However, I liked the "Deutsches Technikmuseum" (german museum of engineering) including the SPECTRUM science center. They have cool exhibits like the replica of the Zuse Z1 computer, a raisin bomber used for the allied airlift after WWII, an old rail depot with locomotives and so on. If you are interested in stuff like this- visit it. For a really cool sight over Berlin you can visit the television tower. Better go there at night- otherwise you have to wait really long. Just let me know when you are coming. However, it may be that I'm not living in Cologne anymore from october. I also applied in other cities for the master studies and I don't know yet where I'll get an university place and if I'll have the choice for which city I'll decide... I have to wait and see. I love the Deutsches Technikmuseum!!!!!!!!!!! One of the most fabulous museums I have ever visited. Didn't know about the television tower... that will be on my next trip. Wherever you end up, let me know. We will get together.

Thank you! Yeah, but you wouldn't want to go swimming at Sand Beach in the first one. The ocean is about 50 something degrees F...quite numbing!! Sorry I forgot to pack you! LOL ~Liz I don't know about Hunter, but more and more ski resorts are opening year round for people to hike, mountain bike, etc. They have found lots of people will visit in the warm weather. We didn't really go to Hunter itself, just the general area. We stayed at North/South Lake Campground, and did various outdoor activities. Sounds cool...
