LOL my mom despised that movie...kind of an in-joke with my family. I have no idea what it's about, though... ~Liz It's a bit of an aquired taste. I love it because it's dystopian and creepy but also funny, but some people can't stand the style and I understand that. I'm in a very Woody Allen mood. On Tuesday I saw "Love and Death" and "Annie Hall" in a row and couldn't stop laughing all evening. The former has excellent lines, some of my favourites being "I never want to marry, I just want to get divorced", "And you, Sonja, you look more beautiful standing here than you do in person" and: Sonja: And I want three children. Boris: Yes. Yes. One of each. It's a win. Woody Allen... lots and lots of talent!!! I enjoy his films.

It's actually great reading. You have really come so far and accomplished so much.

There are some men you are sensitive, emotional and have less of the "manly-man" aura, and they are truly a guy that is solely interested in women. I think that Phil is a guy who has these wonderful qualities. The drawback is that you have to work through his emotional side and that is hard. It is really great when a guy shows that he has a sensitive side. For me, this is much better than being a macho-man who hides his feelings. You are taking the right course of action. I believe that Phil loves you but he must have some pressures from his grandparents and other life's problems that he is working through. You are a fantastic girlfriend for Phil. Hang in there, I do believe Phil is worth it.

Waitressing is hard work. For a year?!?!?!? That's quite a long time and I am thrilled you are sticking with it. You can't believe how time flies... just try life as a hamster. Cheetaspot is in college and never shows up. New regulars... no. Wish there were. That would be awesome. Great news about the prom. It's nice to know this will be a good memory. Congratulations on the first round of successful regionals. Hope your tennis team is the ultimate winner!!!!!

You sound like you have this totally figured out and are doing what is best. I believe you are very smart in how you are handling this. Hopefully Phil gets things straightened out somewhat so that he can get back to enjoying his summer.
