OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I'm sorrrrrry! I was getting really excited! Is there a reason behind that decision? Oh yeah... a million corporate reasons. French law regarding work visas, pilot duty times and other pilot factors, etc.. You would have thought that these details would have been worked out long ago. It is not like we are trying to just make the start up today. They have been working on this for years.

Going through tests to help determine the problem will hopefully give doctors the knowledge they need to improve your life and get rid of all the pain. I know it is hard for you, with all these tests, but I do hope that the can fix the problem. Maybe the back problem will get rid of the migraines as well. We have you in our hearts that the medical problems will be diagnosed properly and the situation corrected. *gives TBFOF a hug*

The great part of your situation is that you recognize that aspect of you and want to try and change it. There are many people who never want to see this in themselves and if they do, they deny that they are like that. Please don't feel stupid admitting you are this way, but I do suggest that you try and change things. If you were to meet a girl and the only reason she was with you was because of the materialistic things you could bestow upon her and not for who you are, she would be gone when the money ran out. You might need to do a year with the Peace Corps or other volunteer group where 'things' do not matter. Who you are is the greatest gift of all. A couple of things for you to think about... you have a lot of talent that money can't buy. You are a good person when you forget about the 'things' and focus on helping others, for example, your grandparents. You really worked hard to help them out and had a very deep, loving relationship. There were no material objects there, just you giving of yourself and their appreciation shown by their love for you. Money is great, but it is also the root of all evil. Take a look at what money has done to many people right there in your state. We really care about you and like you for the person you are. We do not see the materialistic stuff that you claim to like, we only see a great guy on the other end of the computer screen. Please focus on who you are, as you really are a fantastic person.

I need a crying emoticon. Yesterday afternoon I found out that the Paris domicile bid has been cancelled. NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Just when I was so very excited to probably be able to move over there. So... it has been cancelled indefinitely. C'est la vie. Unfortunately.

I was walking with my neighbor last night around 1 A.M. when our friends drove by and stopped and yadda yadda. We talked for a while, then got in the car. I don't know where it came from, but about five minutes into the car ride, two of them start talking about that topic for a good seven minutes, debating which one was better. And the winner was? LOL

I was at Rachel's with Kaitlyn Sunday night, and she reminded me that you were at MIT? How is it!? She said you come home soon, right? It will be great when Dog Lover returns. We will hear all about her MIT adventure. I think she is having an awesome time.

Eight days is a long time without a break. Give him time for more serious stuff. Perhaps he will get back to his old-self as soon as he is back at school. Work might be wearing him out. At least this is what I hope. He seems to be getting closer to his old self still; we had a conversation about food and slow-cookers lol. He had another day off today, and has one on saturday as well. I also know his sister is on vacation with their mom and step-sisters, so I wonder if that's a factor. Could be a big factor... only you could answer that question. Let's hope that he opens up to you.
