I think a lot of us are in that mode right now, where we need to come back here to HD, a home we've had for so long and yet drifted from so quickly.

Yeah, high notes are totally not something that are learned easily, some people are just natural at them, so playing crazy awesome jazz on trumpet pretty much isn't much of an option for me as far as 1st parts.

haha yeah. Fortunately, my parents take care of my fish while I'm away. But, because I'm away so much, as much as I'd like a rabbit, I wouldn't be able to properly care for it.

lol totally. It's so weird. There used to be so much activity. Now I'd say social networking websites are probably the cause of slow times.

I had an awkward New Years with two people who like me. haha. the best friend and my instructor. lulz.

So, I've heard plenty of Helen Keller and dead baby jokes. They're really bad, and I don't disapprove. Any other types of offensive jokes other people know of? I'd prefer if we stayed away from actually saying jokes in particular for the moment until we know its okay, I know that it's probably not so allowed. haha

I get so mad when my band director has me do stuff because she knows I won't complain or act upset. And when she lets other people try new instruments, but not me, because I'm too good. She wants someone to play french horn, but I can't because I'm too valuable on trumpet. I know its a compliment, but its still a bit frustrating to feel like I don't really have the option to change my main instrument before I go to college.

Now I have even more guys after me. At least the other guy from my band found a girl, though. My ex claims he's over me, but he's soooo clearly not. And then the instructor and I have this strange semi-relationship that just plain can't happen going on. I'm also bi, and so my best friend(who likes him?) and I have this thing going on that's really weird, but will never amount to a real relationship. So also, with the thing my instructor is from that I'm busy with during the summer, well, I've got like 5 new guys flirting and crushing on me. Really. This whole thing is just getting too hectic.

lol really. We've all been disappearing. But we keep coming back to stay updated. heh.
